- Excursions: changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure time without additional charge
Special Conditions for Groups
Excursions
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the excursion departure date: no additional charge on the ticket or excursion price.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the excursion departure date: 100% charge on the excursion price.
- If the excursion cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, the company will not assume any responsibility beyond refunding the excursion amount.
Groups

- Cancellations more than 7 days before the departure date: no additional charge on the crossing or excursion price.
- Cancellations or changes less than 7 days before the excursion departure: 100% charge on the crossing or excursion price.
- If the crossing or excursion cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, the company will not assume any responsibility beyond refunding the ticket amount.
